Check Out The Sanderson Sister Summer Readathon!

Hello there!

If you enjoy reading and love Halloween, this is the perfect thing for you! "Sanderson Sister Summer" is the summer session (and 3rd round) of the "Hocus Pocus Readathon" (Oct. 1st - 31st), taking place this June from the 5th through the 18th. It was founded by these lovely ladies: @werewolflious @nox_reads @larissasreading @fyrekatz1 @coffee_bookish. If you don't know anything about readathons, this particular session may be the best one for you to join as it will be more relaxed and less complicated than the usual rounds.

Readathons are usually communal sessions of reading and fun throughout a given time; they are often themed, with reading prompts, other fun challenges and some guidelines. Common guidelines include not doubling up, or otherwise being allowed to double up, on prompts. Ex: say there are 3 prompts to a readathon and the rules in the announcement say no doubling up; this means you can only use 1 book for EACH prompt, instead of say 2 books for 1 prompt.

As for our participation, I (Chica) will be able and happy to participate in this round; Kiddo is unable to commit to a readathon at the moment due to scheduling. Honestly, I am too! But I am going to try to successfully participate in this one. :)

As far as I know, this round (unlike the others) does NOT include a sign-up sheet, teams, or tracking points.
